What are you most thankful for about coaching with Sarah?

Sarah gave me a truly loving sounding board and fresh perspective on so many things.

What has been most surprising about the coaching?

Just to see how much Sarah really truly cares. It is so clear in the way she responds to messages and holds space for me on calls. She loves what she does and she cares deeply for those who work with her. Just having that unconditional love and understanding there to support me was so wonderful.

What was special about having coaching with Sarah in comparison to other emotional or business support you received in the past?

I find that Sarah’s work is all encompassing. Most business coaches just focus on the traditional business stuff, without acknowledging that lifestyle and belief systems and all that plays deeply into the success of a business. On the other end, traditional emotional therapy can feel less tangible, but with Sarah I liked that we would go deep but I’d also leave with action plans when I needed them. There were tools and plans and logistics.

What are you most thankful for about coaching with Sarah so far?

Sarah’s ability to be perceptive and get to the core of what I am trying to express or uncover a breakthrough with such precision but also grace and humor. She is an emotional surgeon.

Are there any major insights you would like to share?

– I will constantly be taking risks in business and love, and missing a shot is inevitable and I will continue to shoot
– The energy that is carried in my voice matters sometimes more than the words themselves
– I am not for everyone, and that is ok
– Making time for play in essential to my happiness
– Taking risks is how I feel alive
– I am a different and unique person that has unique needs, I do not need to ask for permission from anyone to meet those needs for myself

I knew I could be a good coach but I just didn’t know HOW. I felt stuck! Sarah had the exact type of business that I wanted to create so I knew she knew how to create what I wanted to create!

What did you feel like at the beginning and at the end of working with Sarah?

In the beginning I felt lost. I didn't know what to do next in order to be sustainable with my business. In the end I found clarity and clear actionables that I implemented immediately.

What did it feel like to work with Sarah?

Wonderful! Sarah is such a wise and intuitive woman. She gives so much. She is a blessing to this world.

Sarah, I am so so grateful that you are in my life. In the beginning I felt depressed, unhappy, lost and I did not love my life or myself. After our conversations, I see my light again. I love my life and myself now more than ever and appreciate every day. Sarah is such a special gifted person with the biggest heart. She makes the world a better place.

What surprised you the most about the sessions with sarah?

The most surprising was her way to listen to me and her ability to really feel my needs.

What is the biggest lesson you took away from your Coaching experience?

The biggest lesson I took away was that I am the active creator of my life!

What did it feel like to work with Sarah?

I was so looking forward to every session we had together and could not wait for the next one. I felt so much happier and loving with Sarah’s voice in my life.

How has our coaching journey affected your life? Did it make a difference?

Oh yes, it totally affected my life in so many positive ways! Sarah gave me the confidence back to take the power over my life again, to love every day and to forgive myself and the people around me.

Were there any reactions from others around you after your coaching sessions?

Yes, everybody (family, friends, partner, colleagues) noticed my change. My sister was especially happy to see me coming back to the real me again.

Was there anything sarah motivated you to do?

Yes absolutely! She motivated me to see my special self, to take care of myself and to go out there and do the things that I love to do.

I’m not sure if you really really know the impact you have on people as a coach. I’m sure you do, but hey for me it is always such a joy to hear or read anything from you!
You belong to the most abundant chapter in my life and you are such a significant contributor to that. I didn’t know HOW amazing a coach can be.

What has been most surprising about the coaching?

That I earn enough to feed my family and to treat ourselves with nice food and sauna– and that I grew so fast so big. Plus Sarah is so clear — amazing how clear she is.

She sees every single part of me and she cares about me, she is there for me and she leads me in a powerful way. It’s the ticket to another world and I am the author.

Was there anything fun or joyful in particular that you experienced during the program?

Each minute with Sarah is fun.. even if it is serious… I just enjoy the high quality so much.

You are extremely passionate about what you do. Do you feel Sarah also is passionate about her work and the gifts she shares? Can you give an example?

Wow of course she is! I have the feeling she really loves to work with me and that it’s not “work” in that sense.. She gave me the feeling that this is the way she can recharge instead of losing energy at work.

What are you most thankful for about coaching with Sarah?

I’m thankful to have felt so loved and deeply understood, cheered on, trusted and seen. Sarah has the talent to see my highest self when I am still miles away from getting it.

What situation were you in that made you decide to receive coaching? And why did you feel Sarah was the right fit for you?

I decided that I wanted to do the coaching training with her and was super excited and surprised that she wanted to have me as a client. I don’t know of any other coaching training like hers. I like Sarah’s straight forwardness that is still instilled with so much love. She is incredibly intuitive in what she sees and asks. I see this as a big inspiration for myself and would love to feel so settled to trust my intuition like she trusts hers. She was the perfect fit, because she lives what she believes in and while she coached me through my topics, she explained the principles of coaching, too. It was learning by doing or better by experiencing her magic.

You are a busy woman longing to handle your life and business with grace & peacefulness. In what way has Sarah been there for you and by your side navigating all that?

I think, the most value from her was to see that there are always choices that can be made. She pushed me to always make conscious decisions and take nothing for set in stone. I need to find my own peace with myself and there is no set plan to achieve this. And whatever I see as important needs to be implemented in my family lifestyle and Sarah was always open and willing to support me in finding my unique path.

What was special about having coaching with Sarah in comparison to other emotional or business support you received in the past?

Sarah is totally on top of her game. She is so tuned into her clients that there is no way she misses anything that needs to be addressed. Only honesty and truth.

What fascinates you the most when you think about Sarah as a personality?

I love her boldness and trust in herself, her confidence. And through this groundedness she can perceive every person around her as a whole human being and doesn’t see the need to change anybody. I absolutely love and am in awe how she raises her son with her husband. They are the change that this world needs so much!!

You are extremely passionate about what you do. Do you feel Sarah also is passionate about her work and the gifts she shares? Can you give an example?

I love her passion about her gifts. I can see this in how much time she takes to be there for the women she supports. How much time she takes to get ready for a call with me and how much time must go into reading my story and questioning parts that I need to look back into. She is doing her own work to be there for others. Her meditation schedule and mindfulness and also hiring coaches for herself to be her best self. I also think that the creative weeks show that she takes care of herself and she dives deep into self development. It seems like she found her way of really being able to enjoy her gifts.

What are the biggest changes you experienced in your lifestyle and the way you handle your business?

I quit my old job. I am 100% self-employed now. I have become a speaker and have actual speaking gigs. I was featured in the media (even on TV). I am able to coach and help my clients in my practice a lot more.

What are you most thankful for about coaching with Sarah?

Not for a single second did I feel judged when speaking with Sarah. No matter what we spoke about. That’s amazing to achieve! Sarah has incredible antennas to sense honesty and the truth. She has a lot of humor and even though the conversations are deep they feel always easy-going and light. She has a great bird’s eye view on things. She has incredible ideas. She is loving. What can I say … I am a great fan of Sarah and recommend her all the time!

Was Sarah able to push you outside your comfort zone?

Yes! Best example: She organised a speaking gig for me which I had to do in English (I am from Germany…) on the island of Mallorca!

You have a strong message to share. In what way has Sarah been there for you supporting you in sharing your message and having your voice heard?

Sarah has the incredible gift to see your voice and helps developing it exactly the way it feels true to you. And when I prepare a talk she is able to get even more out of them and perfect them.

Through coaching with Sarah, you start doing things immediately! Sarah’s intuition is priceless. I have been working on my personal development for 20 years. No other work has so harmoniously combined .. womanhood & entrepreneurship – like Sarah does in her work.

What are you most thankful for about coaching with Sarah?

Her perpetual support. Her loving, caring and passionate way of coaching me, seeing me and viewing the world. She helped me a lot with my inner work in between the sessions which I loved. As I knew I could share my progress, problems, happenings anytime and at the same time she would be there, listen, support me and share lots of beautiful insights, valuable tips and just send a lot of love to me.

What situation were you in that made you decide to receive coaching? And why did you feel Sarah was the right fit for you?

Just before I decided I wanted to work with Sarah I had decided that I wanted support with my Soul Biz. I had been trying to figure out everything on my own and was getting lost on the way. I tried to find out how to start a business, how to get clients, how to build a homepage, how to do marketing, etc. when actually all I wanted to do was Coaching to empower women to birth themselves and their children in their full power. That's when I told the universe I wanted help on this journey. And I would love to be able to pay for it. Shortly after a money miracle happened. I knew straight away that I wanted Sarah by my side and that she was the right fit for me and my business. And so it was.

You are a busy woman longing to handle your life and business with grace & peacefulness. In what way has Sarah been there for you and by your side navigating all that?

I guess first of all Sarah is a great role model who is not only supporting me in finding my own way of handling my business with grace and peacefulness but who is a great example of doing so herself. This is really valuable as I can see for myself what is possible. I can then decide if this is what I want and if this feels good for my business or explore other possibilities. I love that Sarah values everyone’s uniqueness and supports me in finding my own. Because maybe I am all about having a business that is wild and free with lots of magic rather than one of grace and peacefulness.

What has been most surprising about the coaching?

What has surprised me the most about coaching with Sarah is that it affects all areas of my life. It has not only changed my Soul Biz for the better but it has also changed my relationship to myself, to my partner, and to my children. I kind of knew this before but seeing this happen before my own eyes really surprised me and I am really grateful for it. I guess my whole life kind of changed. I have way more time for my business than before, there is more clarity and all my relationships have changed for the better.

What fascinates you the most when you think about Sarah as a personality?

When I think about Sarah, Art comes to my mind. Sarah is Art. She is her own painting. And her life is her canvas. I love how she sees every detail. How she cares for it and takes the time, effort and loves to create it so it is the right fit for her. Whether it’s her clothes, her make-up, her furniture, a coaching or a seminar she is giving. This is truly fascinating and very joyous and nourishing to see and experience. Thank you Sarah for showing yourself so beautifully, in full bloom and in all your colours.

You are extremely passionate about what you do. Do you feel Sarah also is passionate about her work and the gifts she shares? Can you give an example?

Yes! Sarah is passionate about her work. This shows in her dedication towards her clients. She is always there. She always answers my questions with lots of love, care and detail. She asks the right questions at the right time. She shows up on time. She loves what she does. She is always in her presence during our coachings or when we are in contact. Fully there to serve. Not once I've had the feeling during my time with Sarah that she was not loving what she was doing. So for me this consistency shows that she has found her calling and is living it with lots of passion. Passion for herself, her life, her family, her clients and the world.

When I signed up for working with Sarah my intention was to build my business, quit my 9-5 job and make my first money from my soulbiz. It all happened very quickly and so much more .. my business began to grow naturally and I have entered into an amazing business partnership with a woman, Sarah had introduced me to – together we brought together over 1200 women in the German speaking area to rediscover their femininity and connect on a heart level. On top of all that lovely juice in my life, the work with Sarah helped me open up for true soul-mate love, which has been a pain of mine forever. Through our work I was able to heal and forgive so much past fear and trauma, that my soul-mate just walked into my life, while I had my heart wide open for him. So much so that I discovered my true calling through that and we just got married! Sarah taught me to not only listen but to trust my intuition. The most wonderful thing about her is that she has always had the BIG picture of me in her heart. The amount of LOVE she poured into every session we had together is beautiful and has been such a great inspiration for my own work with my clients. Sharing her love for coaching and her message was a huge learning experience.

How did you feel before working with sarah? How do you feel after?

At the beginning I felt confused about who I am and who I am supposed to serve through my business. There was a lot of confusion and insecurity. I had previously bought a lot of training about how to create an online business, but none really got me going. I was hustling and doubting myself, while in between listening to my intuition to hire a coach. Through this decision all of that got turned around over the course of a short 4 months. Today I feel expanded, full of trust and inner knowing about my abilities of who I am. Who I am here to serve and how I actually desire to spend my life. I am feeling radiantly alive and eager to share my gifts that my previous pain taught me, with other women – help them create an amazing and loving relationship with themselves in order to let true love in.

What did it feel like to work with sarah?

Expansive, divinely feminine and supported.

Was there anything I motivated you to do you didn’t think was possible before?

Being myself, loving myself, sharing videos, contacting people I was afraid to speak with, starting a youtube channel.

What is the biggest lesson you took away from our time together?

That I have an amazing gift to share.

Was the coaching process worth the investment in the form of time, energy and money you made?

Hell yeah!

What did you feel like at the beginning of our time together?

I was at war with myself, kind of hopeless and without orientation.

What kind of woman are you now after our beautiful work together?

I feel love, strength, steadiness and openness. I am ready for more miracles to happen.

Did you leave anything behind in the process that changed your life?

Oh yes! A lot of limiting beliefs and fears.

What do you love most about your life now?

I feel free, connected and supported.

How do you feel every time we speak?

I can’t wait for our sessions, I would love to speak to you a lot more often!

How has our journey together affected your life? Did it make a difference?

Yes! I’m looking forward to the future whereas before I wasn’t sure what to expect, and was afraid that becoming a “part of the world” was something I needed to do, even though I wanted to live a completely different life. I feel more FREE in so many ways: possibilities to earn money, to share my gifts, to follow my desires, to play and have fun, to connect with other people.

What kind of woman are you now after our beautiful work together?

I’m more self-reliant, I trust more in my intuition, and I have more self-love for myself and for the little girl inside me. I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt, less afraid of my deep emotions, and with a toolbox that I can use. I feel more like a woman, and less like a scared girl who’s looking to everyone else for approval and acceptance.

What surprised you the most about our sessions?

The gentleness and flexibility of it. It felt more organic and taking a natural pace that way, instead of pushing in a certain direction. I also had a previous coach “scold” me for not doing my weekly intention every day before our call, so I appreciated that there was trust between you and me that I would do the tasks I needed to do because I’m committed to the work. And if I didn’t do them then perhaps there were other reasons for it.

Was the coaching process worth the investment in the form of time, energy and money you made?

Yes! The financial investment was a huge and scary leap for me, but I feel like it was absolutely worth it.

How do you feel every time we speak?

I feel loved, supported and TRULY seen. I feel like what I thought were weaknesses are actually gifts once I reframe, love and nurture them. I feel loved and whole the way I am, and like I’m ENOUGH. I feel like I don’t have to prove my worth to anyone, especially not to you, because you love and accept me already the way I am! I always felt so nourished and JOYFUL during and after our sessions, even if we discussed difficult topics.
How do you describe my way of coaching?
Flowing, gentle but clear, loving, like a delicious smoothie sitting in a garden on a beautiful and magical summer day

How did you experience our contact and exchange between the actual coaching sessions with me?

So supportive! It still amazes me how you make yourself so available to your clients and it is indeed priceless. As I learned to trust myself and other people too and grow my support network, it was always such a relief to know that you were available. Even though I didn’t contact you every time, just that THOUGHT was a huge comfort and support for me.

What did you feel like at the beginning of our time together?

I felt so unclear. I wanted to do so much but didn’t know where to start. I was stressing out and doing something here and there but really not accomplishing anything at all. I couldn’t imagine what it would look like to share my work with the world.

What kind of woman are you now after our beautiful work together?

Up to today, we have only had 2 sessions and I already see so much progress! Sometimes it’s little bits and pieces that have a giant influence. Asking the right question, your encouragement, the reflections, your belief in me and all the potential you already see in me. I am really looking forward to everything else we will experience together!

Was the coaching process worth the investment in the form of time, energy and money you made?

What do you love the most about your life now?

I love my life and I know that the more I share of my wisdom and love, the happier I feel.

Yes, I also see myself in them, that is true when you say that. But I also see you. I see you, I feel you and I love you! I am absolutely and totally grateful that we have met in this lifetime again. All meant to be, no doubt at all. I am happy and grateful that you exist and that you exist in my life and that we have already walked on our paths together through significant times in which you have supported me with so much dedication, love and commitment. This is not over, this has just started. From my heart to yours – much love!

What did you feel like at the beginning of our time together?

I felt like I wanted to change some things. I also felt that it was not just a want, but also a need, a necessity at that time and I felt that you would help me do this. I knew that with you it would be more, I would get further quicker.

A magical woman 🙂

What do you love the most about your life now?

My trust and faith in me, the universe and my journey.

What is the biggest lesson you took away from our time together?

Ask for / accept help and support

From the moment I met her in Bali she’s been an invaluable source of authenticity in my life, and working with her to clarify my message and strengthen the value I can provide to my audience has been priceless. I highly recommend her!

What did you feel like at the beginning and at the end of working with Sarah?

I knew I could trust her, but I felt uneasy about being vulnerable and opening up my work to feedback. At the end I was so glad that I did because Sarah constantly made me feel safe while providing a ton of value in helping me strengthen my mission.

Why would you recommend others to work with sarah?

Because her work makes a difference, and it’s easy to implement. Sarah keeps her teaching to the root of what’s valuable without adding in a bunch of fluff.

Were there any reactions from others around you after our sessions?

People have said I appear more calm and confident.

Was there anything you were skeptical about before working with Sarah? How did this change?

I guess I’m always a bit skeptical about whether someone is just rehashing the same old stuff all the time. With Sarah the work was very personal and although there’s basic principles at play, she was able to help me apply them to MY story.

I am touched by your wonderful craft. Thank you for this relaxing and inspiring time at your retreat. How wonderful you create this together. I loved the meditations. I am especially touched by the conversations with you, because you are so honest, loving and always willing to help. I am so grateful you created this beautiful space.

Sarah is very intuitive and keeps an element of playfulness and love in everything she does. She gave me the encouragement to share more of myself and a safe and nurturing space to open up, reflect and release and to be crystal clear on defining the core of my gifts. What surprised you the most about your coaching sessions?

How well Sarah and I connected and how powerful our sessions were! How powerful and intuitive Sarah is. I think I was most surprised by how she is able to tap into her intuition and answer/coach me straight from the heart.

What did it feel like to work with Sarah?

She gave me her full attention and was genuinely interested in my ideas and vision for myself and my life. Sarah is such an extremely supportive person and I really do cherish our sessions together. She also speaks from the heart and really taps into what she is feeling – her advice and suggestions always gave me a better feeling and more of a direction on what steps to take next in accomplishing my goals. Also, her feedback and beautiful messages are always so encouraging and positive. I really appreciate them and look forward to them!

Why would you recommend others to work with Sarah?

Because she’s a powerhouse! Sarah was able to uncover parts of the truth about any situation that we discussed that I was unable to see. Super helpful!!! And she was always right on!

What do you love most about your life now?

I finally am able to love myself. This is something I’ve always struggled with. I am now happy with who I am, who I am becoming and truly love myself from the inside out.

What has felt most joyful throughout the retreat?

The loving exchange with the other women and most importantly, speaking with Sarah!

What has been the biggest take-away for you?

You don’t always need to be perfect to start something new. Just get started!

Anything else you’d love to share?

You are GREAT! The weekend was amazing and I am deeply moved and finally have started taking action. I am really looking forward to seeing you again!

What has felt most joyful throughout the retreat?
Spending time with so many different women gave me so much joy! I really loved dancing and doing the catwalk exercise! I will never forget the moment when each one of the women flourished and their inner goddesses awoke. It was such a difference compared to the first day when the women arrived!

How do you feel now after the weekend?

I left the retreat with so much more confidence and I am showing my inner goddess to the world.
I am very aware of not only pleasing others but doing what makes me happy. I really want to let go off some of my perfectionism and I am noticing: it is working!

Anything else you’d love to share?

I am very thankful for being able to spend the weekend with you and with so many amazing goddesses. Keep going and I wish many other women will be able to spend a weekend with you! Thank you also to Jan for the loving organisation and communication prior to the retreat.

To every session she brings exactly what I need at the moment, even when I didn’t know that this was exactly what I needed. Whether it is a deep meditation to get to the core of my feelings or a practical action plan for the next week. Sarah has a gift to feel and see what you need and she is not afraid to say the things that you need to hear in order to move forward. Yet, her loving energy, which you can’t help but carry into your day with you after each session, is from another world.

It was common that the people around me would comment on my glow after a session with her. She brightens the world with her light and helps you re-discover your own light within to do the same.

Sarah is an angel dressed up in a beautiful human being. An angel that provides business, life, relationship and any other coaching you can think of. With her it’s not about the labels, but she sees the whole picture that is your life and helps you put everything in place to move closer to the life you are meant to live. She sees the divine in people and helps you see it too. It’s impossible to do the work with her justice in just a couple of words. It has made a huge difference in my life from our very first encounter to the many sessions after. Just looking back to who I was back then, when I first met her to now is unbelievable. I am so much more connected to my inner guidance system, I am approaching my days with more playfulness and I am so much more aware of all the beautiful opportunities that are always around me.

She helps me feel alive and enjoy all these precious moments of my life. This shows in all aspects of my life: personal, relationships, business, finances. Sometimes I stop and look at the life she helped me create and I can’t help but have a huge smile on my face – in public. Then I see other people smile back at me and I know that we are all one and I get to raise other people up, the way Sarah lifts me up with every conversation or co-creation we share.
Like I said: She is an angel who is not afraid to dish out some loving truth!

I am so grateful for the new perspective and the love and the several touching moments that I experienced. I feel vital, colorful and calm. Full of love. Since she has a long story of life lessons to look back on she always has a good anecdote or personal story to visualise and explain the topic she is talking about. Sarah helped me to see personal barricades and potentials I could or simply did not want to see before – that is what makes Sarah so special, while she knows how to ask the right questions to tackle a problem, she shows the positive side of it. It’s not about battling and deleting your problems, it’s about taming the inner demons and progress to a higher consciousness. Love life! Sarah does that with an inner power I know from very few people.

What surprised you the most about your coaching sessions?

Sarah has a very interesting point of view. She has a good intuition for asking questions that just weren’t there before. The kind of questions that suddenly shine a light on a spot I didn’t know existed before. Like going through a darker part of the woods and suddenly there is a clearing.

Was there anything you were skeptical about before working with Sarah?

I asked myself if I can be totally open, or if I start “playing a role”, but I was very happy that I could just be myself.

I came into my coaching session with Sarah with what I thought was an open heart, but what I discovered was a broken one which Sarah helped me mend. Sarah guides you through a session with kindness and understanding and allows the space to open up and move through whatever comes up. After the session I was more aware of patterns I had created in my life and felt able to start anew.

What surprised you the most of your session?

I was surprised how easily Sarah matched my energy in that she brought playfulness into the session which I like.

How do you feel every time you speak with Sarah?

Always very happy and light.

It felt very good and pleasant. I love talking to her, it is just that simple.

Why would you recommend others to work with Sarah?

I would recommend others to work with her, because she has the ability, the gift to see what peoples’s real dreams and passions are. I always feel encouraged to do what I really want to do after we have talked about it. Sarah believes in people, and their passions. If I am telling her something about my ideas, she always encourage me and my concerns vanish.

How has your coaching journey affected your life?

It definitely affected me in a way, that I now deeply believe that everyone has the right to follow his own passions. You don’t have to do something just because you feel it is socially expected. I often found myself thinking that I can’t do this, because this is not how it is done normally and how it is expected. But Sarah helped me to see that in the end it has to be something that makes you happy and something that you are passionate about. This is what I learned from Sarah and I am very grateful for it.

Was there anything Sarah motivated you to do?

She definitely motivated me to believe in me and that I can be anything I want to be! So now when I am thinking about my future I am not only thinking about jobs I could do, because this is what I have studied, but also thinking about how can I use my passion and transform it into a job.

When I began my session with Sarah, I felt foggy and unclear about how to move forward in my business and my life. I had anxiety around my finances, and I planned to take a job that I felt wouldn’t satisfy my heart and soul. 

I intuitively sensed Sarah’s coaching would be a gift, but I wasn’t sure what to expect. By the end of our conversation, it had become very clear that a desk job in sales was not appropriate use of my gifts and talents, it was clear that I had the makings of a powerful coach, it was clear that I could develop my spiritual business to thrive, and I felt ready to step back into my power.

Before our coaching weekend I was unsure how I could possibly communicate all my ideas and visions. I was looking for clarity and structure, but my abundance of ideas seemed to hold me back. I was surprised to find out that most of the answers to my questions (or maybe all of them) were within me already, I just couldn’t see them before. Sarah helped me see what was there all along. Especially learning about what is called the “scanner” personality was a big AHA moment for me and opened a whole new way of living my life. What surprised you most about the retreat?
Incredibly fast connections with so many different people. To see myself in such a different light.

What is your biggest takeaway from the retreat?

That what I / we / you think needs to be hidden in our personality is actually the one thing that makes you stand out of the mass, is the one thing that makes up your strength!

How has your life (personal & business) changed since the retreat?

MVP (minimum viable product) changed a lot for me. I’m less focusing on perfect, rather on getting it done, being out there and keep learning. I trust myself more, knowing more about what I want and what not. Diving into abundance! I have gained self-confidence with the path that I have embarked on, discovering that the path is not really a path yet which means that I need my machete made up of trust, freedom, courage, intuition and surrender to create the path, moment by moment.
